Is my client data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted entirely in Canada, and never shared with third parties. We don't sell or use your data for anything other than running your scans. You can export or delete your data anytime.

How do I import my client data?

If you use Finmo, you can connect directly through the Finmo API with no export needed. For Filogix Expert, use the built-in Extract to CRM tool to download your client list as a CSV, then upload it. For Velocity, we have a step-by-step walkthrough to help you export. You can also upload any other spreadsheet or CSV and our team will map it for you within one business day.

Do my clients know I'm using BrokerPlus?

No. All outreach goes out from you, in your name, with your branding. BrokerPlus is invisible to your clients.

Will this annoy my clients?

Templates are fully customizable and designed to sound like you, not a marketing blast. Timing is based on when an opportunity actually makes sense for the client, and you can review or send manually anytime.

How accurate are the IRD penalty calculations?

We model each major Canadian lender's actual penalty method individually, not a one-size-fits-all estimate. It's not perfect to the penny since lenders don't publish exact internal calculations, but it's close enough to have a confident client conversation.

What if my book is small. Is this still worth it?

Even books with 50 funded deals typically surface 6 to 10 actionable opportunities. At an average commission of $3K to $5K per deal, one closed refinance covers months of the subscription.

How is this different from just running a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet can sort by maturity date. It can't calculate IRD penalties using each lender's actual method, flag HELOC and reverse mortgage candidates, or auto-message clients with follow-ups. BrokerPlus does all of that without you building or maintaining anything.

What if I already know my renewals?
